SPI’s full-service progressive die stamping department is optimized to complete high-volume runs of consumer appliance parts. Our highly efficient progressive stamping solutions combine multiple pressing operations into a single pass to ensure maximum accuracy and repeatability. Additionally, we operate an in-house toolroom for building and maintaining the progressive tooling required for complex appliance stampings. 

Transfer Press Stamping Solutions for Large Appliance Parts and Panels

SPI’s facility includes a full-service transfer press department capable of processing  appliance panels and parts up to 32” in size. Our blank-fed transfer press provides a 660-ton capacity to accommodate appliance stamping runs when progressive presses are not capable.
